Risk management and quality of enterprise management

Abstract
Risk management is an integral part of the life of any organization. It should be an integral part of organizational strategy implemented in all organizations. The strategy should be designed in such a way as the risk management can operate not only as a system for avoiding losses, but also risk management should allow recognizing and making use of occasions and create new opportunities for the organization. Responsibility for the strategy and risk management should bear the supervisor unit. The supervisory board should continuously monitor the flow of information in the enterprise and its structure, in particular with regard to the level of implementation of the strategy and the risk management Risk management raises awareness of the dangers that may arise. Guidelines published by the ISO included in the risk management standard ISO 31000:2009 are helpful in this area. According ISO 31000 standard the implementation of process approach provides organizations a chance to minimize the risks. With the systematic identification of risks, introducing control mechanisms and procedures for intervention the risk management system will protect the organization against threats and will affect on the quality of organizational management.
