RISKS AS A DANGER OF PHENOMENA AND EVENTS OF SOCIETY

Abstract
А concept and essence of risks as dangers of the phenomena and events of society are examined In the article. Realizable systematization of determinations by the different authors of concept of risks, risk sharing on natural, technogenic. Common determination of risks is reasonable. The brought short description over of natural, technogenic, economic and social risks, their sources, subjects and objects, are shown. It is shown that the subjects of risks, as sources of their origin, the natural phenomena and imperious structures that make decision at development and realization of technical, economic and social politics are. It follows to consider the objects of risks the layers of population, on yaks spread action of risk, in dependence on the type of risk and level of his origin. Behavioral risks have subject and object in one person.
