Abstract
У статті розглянуто суть та роль економічного та ресурсного забезпечення. Визначено та проаналізовано індикатори науково-технічного розвитку держави. Економічний і соціальний розвиток будь-якої країни багато в чому залежить від наукового потенціалу. Важливу роль відіграє також економічне забезпечення. Воно передбачає фінансування заходів для виконання завдань і функцій, покладених на державні та місцеві органи влади.
