РОЛЬ СТРАТЕГІЧНИХ РЕСУРСІВ В УПРАВЛІННІ ВЕРТИКАЛЬНО-ІНТЕГРОВАНИМИ СТРУКТУРАМИ

Abstract
The article clarifies the essence of vertical integration, defines its role for Ukraine in the current conditions of economic development. It has been discovered that modern processes of informatization of society require the unification of a single technological process of all or the main parts of the production process. In this context, vertical integration is also reflected. It is determined that the strategic management of vertically integrated structures plays an important role in the rational use of strategic resources. It is revealed that strategic management of vertically integrated structures plays an important role in the rational allocation and use of the strategic resources that each subordinate enterprise owns. It is determined that in this case it is necessary to take into account the level of strategic management, since in each of them, when restructuring the structure of production processes in the direction of innovation development, which, in turn, requires the elimination of low-yielding and illiquid resources and the formation of a clear and efficient integration production. Characterized by the inherent parameters for strategic resources, namely: uniqueness, flexibility of use, limitation, indispensability and resource efficiency. It is concluded that taking into account the complex and differentiated nature of the activity of vertically integrated structures, the effective use of strategic resources can only be achieved through the use of advanced progressive management systems.
