Rola konsorcjów naukowo-przemysłowych w kształceniu kadry i pracach badawczo-rozwojowych

Abstract
Currently, more and more emphasis is placed on cooperation between universitiesand industry. Industry is defined as large corporations, small and medium size businesses and other institutions providing all kinds of services. This applies to the public and private sectors. Consequently, local, national or international consortia are formed. The aim of the consortium is the creation, development and implementation of new technologies or services.It is realized in the form of joint research projects financed from own resources or the public foundsin the form of grants.Research and development grants are intended to improve the innovation and competitiveness of the country's economy. These measures are also an incentive to form consortia.The paperpresents a preliminary analysis of the benefits, dangers, and difficulties associated with the formation of consortia.
