ROLE AND MECHANISMS OF STATE REGULATION OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN UKREINE (BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGH NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES)

Abstract
Nowadays the achievement of a proper level of the investment attractiveness of the regions is impossible without implementing modern system and mechanisms of industrial infrastructure. Having analyzed the experience of foreign neighboring countries we can prove the expediency of industrial parks establishment in Ukraine and emphasize the important role of the state while developing mechanisms of reanimation of industrial regions mentioned above. The credit program implementation in partnership with the state, commercial banks and industrial parks is proposed in this article; this program would stimulate creation of a park system in Ukraine and facilitate its functioning and further investment generation for their development.
