Role, Functions and Standards of the Trade Unions in the Present Globalised World- A Critical Study

Abstract
The role of trade union has changed a lot in the recent times. The main reason for such changes are the liberalization and globalization of the economy. The policy of globalization and liberalization has effected the labour economy as well. The significance of trade unions have risen and their activities have gone beyond the usual scope. This paper analysis the significance and functions of trade unions in the globalized world. And also, the securing rights and settings standards are discussed in length.
