ROLE OF INVESTIGATING JUDGE IN IMPLEMENTATION OF PRINCIPLE OF INVIOLABILITY OF DWELLING PLACE OR ANY OTHER POSSESSION OF A PERSON AT STAGE OF PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION

Abstract
The problem of implementation of principle of inviolability of dwelling place or any other possession of a person at stage of pre-trial investigation. The author defines role of investigating judge in mechanism of realization of this principle. Also, author based on analysis of current criminal procedural legislation defines problematic issues concerning protection of rights of persons to inviolability of home.
