Role of review of event’ place at investigation of serial sexually-sadistic murders

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of realization of review of event’ place as the most essential investigational (searching) action at investigation of serial sexuallysadistic murders. The necessity of this research consists in finding out of realization features of review of event’ place at investigation of serial sexually-sadistic murders, determination of its aim and directions, optimal methods and receptions, and also determination of them situational dependence. The review of event’ place has also substantial value for investigation of murders. An attempt of researchers is important enough to pay attention to type investigational errors during realization of review of event’ place at investigation of murders and to systematize them. The difference of review of event’ place at investigation of serial sexually-sadistic murders envisages the selection of such situations: in place of event there is a dead body with the signs of violent death; in place of event a dead body that was kept long time (it was hidden) is educed; in place of event absent dead body, but a presence on it of doing murder tracks are envisaged.
