ROMANIA IN TRANZITIE: CRESTERE, DEZVOLTARE, EFICIENTA<br /> ECONOMICA SI SOCIALA

Abstract
Tranzitia la economia de la economia socialista, la economia de piata, ın Romania, constituie un proces a carui derulare este mult mai dificila decat ın alte state ex-socialiste din Europa Centrala. Demontarea brusca a sistemului de comanda si declansarea procesului de tranzitie, nu a generat automat parghiile juridice, organizationale, financiare si social-umane, de actiune. Dovada o constituie dezechilibrele structurale, disfunctionalitatile, din prima etapa a procesului de tranzitie: inflatia, somajul, ınchiderea multor ıntreprinderi, blocarea raporturilor comerciale si financiare Intre agentii economici, restrangerea investitiilor si ınrautatirea starii sociale a populatiei. Procesul de tranzitie continua ın Romania , si nu se stie cat va mai dura. Contextul ın care evolueaza nu poate ignora dezideratul: crestere, dezvoltare, eficienta, ın plan economic si social. In cercetarea de fata am plecat de la ideea conform careia accesul la resurse si utilizarea lor trebuie sa raspunda criteriului de optim-eficient, iar modul de repartizare a rezultatelor sa raspunda criteriului de echitate. Cadrul teoretic a impus o abordare asociata a conceptelor: dezvoltare economica, crestere economica, eficienta economica si sociala.
