Journal Title: Journal of Medical Science And clinical Research - Year 2015, Vol 3, Issue 2

Abstract

Roth spot presents with retinal hemorrhages with white centers. The etiological factors are many, most commonly in infective endocarditis. In this case report we present a severely anemic patient with multiple Roth spots on initial fundus examination. After blood transfusion a dramatic drop in the number of retinal hemorrhages was noted in the subsequent follow up.
