Abstract
Galtsova O.L., Shmygol N.M., The development of the food industry: macro-, meso- and micro levels. The article analyzes the reasons for reducing the volume of production in the food industry of Ukraine, which include the relatively high cost of domestic agricultural raw materials and the incomplete provision of processing enterprises, the tendency of rising energy prices, transport traffic, ineffective credit policy, low solvency of the population, etc. are constantly observed. The development of enterprises of the food industry of Ukraine and the ways of their solution are explored. The priority task of the development of the food market is to ensure its equilibrium due to the growth of domestic production. In general, the balance of support should be mainly due to the production of domestic food with a minimum share of imported goods, and only those whose production in Ukraine is impossible at all for certain reasons or is clearly unprofitable. Thus, in today's conditions of globalization of world trade, a particularly urgent task for Ukraine is the implementation of a set of measures to support the export of domestic goods. The food industry, taking into account the provision of its rational use of natural, industrial, scientific, technical and intellectual potential, is a competitive industry that constitutes an essential part in the export of goods. The achievement of stable production, high competitiveness and economic efficiency of the food industry requires constant renewal of fixed assets, which requires active search of sources of funding from enterprises, and the creation of conditions for investment from the state. To overcome this situation, a radical reconstruction of many enterprises and industries of food industries and the equipment of their modern equipment is needed. At the same time, state support and innovative strategy should include a system of organizational and economic measures to implement the latest scientific and technological achievements. Keywords.
