Abstract
The article presents the urban transport infrastructure and problems of its development. The article discusses the features of the transport infrastructure and has characterized the nature of the service. The rest of this article discusses the problems of urban investment in transport infrastructure, resulting, among others, lack of financial resources. In the last part of the article presents the concept of "intelligent city" and an example of the use of telematics in transport.
