RULES FOR DETERMINING HARM PENSION SIZES IN THE PRACTICE OF INTERNATIONAL JUDICIAL AND ARBITRATION BODIES

Abstract
In this article analyzed the research of determining the extent of harm, which are compensated in the practice of international judicial and arbitration bodies. The analysis of legal literature and international litigation and arbitration practice is being carried out on the issues of determining the amount of compensation for internationally wrongful acts. A comparative analysis of the European Court of Human Rights and the International Court of Justice is conducted.
