Abstract
The article analyzes the prehistory and technology of development and dissemination of the pseudoidea of the “Russian World”. The author believes that the “Russian World” is not an ordinary cultural project. It is an ideological neoimperial geopolitical doctrine that seeks to justify and reincarnate Russia as a superpower in the borders of 1914.
