SAFEGUARDS RIGHT TO WORK IN THE NEW ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article deals with issues related to legal regulation and guaranteed the right to work in the new economic conditions. Copyright vision concept proposed labor warranty. A well ordering and clarification of “expediency” withdrawal of existing guarantees for the right to work with the draft Labour Code of Ukraine.
