Scientific approaches of property management for Ukrainian recreational natural resources

Abstract
The study deals with the natural resources nation-wide ownership, which is the basis of the formation of state and other forms of ownership, and sometimes its interests do not reflect the interests of every member of society, especially the system of appropriation in the field of nature use. The state management principles of different forms of ownership on natural recreational resources are explored. The main advantages and disadvantages of existing ownership forms on natural resources are revealed; the state management functions of state and private property forms are defined; the effectiveness of the state-private ownership on natural recreational resources is grounded in order to improve their quality and increase the profitability of the recreational sector of the national economy.
