SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO STRUCTURING THE FINANCIAL MECHANISM OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

Abstract
The analysis of the basic approaches to the selection of components of the financial mechanism in foreign and domestic scientific literature has been carried out. The structure of the financial mechanism of public-private partnership is outlined. The essence of the components of the mentioned mechanism, in particular: financial forms, financial methods, financial levers and financial instruments, is disclosed. It is argued that the concerted actions of elements of the financial mechanism of public-private partnership will promote the rational formation, distribution and use of financial resources. The emphasis is on the continuous improvement of the structure of such a mechanism for financing strategic infrastructure and providing quality services to the population.
