SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH: PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS PLANNING

Abstract
Theoretical questions on the formation of an effective system of personnel management at a vocational-technical educational institution and business planning of the activity of a general educational institution are investigated. It is disclosed that the process of personnel management will be effective only if there is a strategy, as well as the relationship between strategy, policy and the personnel management system; the planning of the activity of a general educational institution is a comprehensive generalized idea of the main development priorities. Planning allows the staff of the institution to reach a higher level of organization of the educational process, to justify the course of continuous development. In this regard, the formation of an effective management system and business planning is the most urgent task of modern management of an educational institution. The urgency of the problem of updating the management systems of educational institutions is directly related to the realities of life, among which the main ones are: the need for the educational institution to adapt quickly to external changes and survive; ensuring the optimal functioning of the educational institution; a constant search for renewal reserves and ideas for development.
