Abstract
The article defines the notions of «manager», «level of aspirations», «self-esteem», «management activity», «effect of inadequacy», «efficiency of managerial activity of the head». A theoretical analysis of the self-evaluation level as an efficacy factor of managerial activities of the executive is carried out.
