Self-protection of the rights in information relations: problems of theory and practice

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical principles and practical consequences of applying methods of protecting civil rights and interests in the information sphere; determination of the specifics of using self- protection to stop violations of information rights, including, as a result of the dissemination of unreliable information on the Internet; the analysis of problems and contradictions of the current legislation of Ukraine regulating information relations; formulation of conclusions and proposals for improving the legal regulation of information relations in civil law.
