SENSORY PROPERTIES OF HYBRID COMPOSITES OF POLY(3,4- ETHYLENEDIOXYTHIOPHENE) – POROUS SILICON

Abstract

Film sensor elements based on hybrid systems poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) - porous silicon nanocrystals have been created. Using the method of infrared spectroscopy the molecular composition of the obtained materials has been studied. The influence of water molecule adsorption on conductivity and capacity of hybrid composites has been investigated. It is registered essential changing the electrical conductivity and capacity as functions of humidity. For estimation of sensor properties of the structures it is calculated the adsorption sensitivity of the obtained hybrid systems and investigated their dynamic characteristics.
