Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of legal regulation of the management of state property under the legislation of Ukraine, the peculiarities of managing objects of state property in the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine are disclosed, with the example of economic entities that are part of the State Concern “Ukroboronprom”, and amendments are proposed to the current legislation.
