SEPARATE QUESTIONS OF PARTICIPATION OF THE STATE AS DEBTOR IN EXECUTIVE PROCEDURE

Abstract
An author is examine the questions of participation of the state, public organs, state enterprises as debtors in an executive procedure, limits of their actual responsibility in the process of execution of court decisions, correlation with the limits of responsibility of physical and legal persons. Correlation of norms of civil legislation and legislation about the executive procedure of relatively separate aspects of participation of the state is examined and analysed as a debtor in an executive procedure.
