SEPARATION OF NATIONAL LAW ON PUBLIC AND PRIVATE LAW AND IT’S THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL IMPORTANCE

Abstract
The article deals with different views on the criteria of the national law on the separation of public and private law. Substantiates the utility of this concept only for the general theoretical level and reveals the factors that do not allow the transfer without problems this concept in practical and an applied sphere.
