Abstract
Trauma is one of the most frequent reason of dead in young populity. 50% of trauma patients die at the accident site and 30% of them die a few hours after the accident. Cervical spinal trauma accompanies 1,5-3% of major trauma and 25-75% of them are unstable. There are avearagly 14000 spinal trauma at North America every year, Most of them are cervical spinal trauma and it has a special importance for anatomic formation of this area. However, there is no exact consensus about the interference to the cervical spinal trauma. Lach of concencus on the management of cervical traumas and presence of other major traumas causen the great variability in the anesthesic techniques for these patients. In this review, we aimed to investigate the anaesthetic management at cervical spinal trauma patient.
