Short Film and Creativity

Abstract
Thinking short film in the context of creativity, the author uses parts of the sociological research conducted for the purposes of her doctoral theses and reference on short films of Dejan Djurkovic and draws parallels with today place that shorts have in the modern world, insisting on the short film as an inspiration to encourage critical thinking. The article opens the discussion on the impact of short film can have in the digital era, and suggests further monitoring and evaluation. In conclusion the author is suggesting that short film remains as a basic parameter in the construction of memory of a society, its tradition of recognizing and mobilizing.
