SIMPLE METALLIC MATTERS IN ILMENITEZIRCON MINERAL DEPOSITS OF NORTHOST COAST OF SEA OF AZOV
Journal Title: Geologia i poleznye iskopaemye mirovogo okeana - Year 2018, Vol 14, Issue 4
Abstract
The heavy fractions of coastal sediments of ilmenitezircon mineral deposits of northwestern coast of Sea of Azov were studied using electron probe analysis. The presence in the deposits of a number of components, such as iron, zinc, nickel, cadmium, copper, and some their combinations, has been established. It is assumed that many of components have of technogenic origin. The data obtained are important, on the one hand, as criteria of estimation of influence of industrial complexes on an environment, and on the other hand, as criteria of finding of sources and ways of moving of material to the marine deposits. Sources and ways of moving of material to offshoremarine deposits are important criteria of prognostication of mineral deposits.
