Sistemik Lupus Eritematozus ile İlişkili Nadir Nörolojik Sendromların Birlikteliği

Abstract
Altmış sekiz yaşındaki kadın hasta subakut başlangıçlı limbik belirtiler, serebellar ataksi ve polinöropati ile başvurdu. İlk bulguları paraneoplastik bir sendromu düşündürmekteydi. Ancak hastanın takibi sırasında karaciğer ve böbrek sorunları gelişti. Eklenen klinik bulgular ve serolojik testler ışığında hasta kesin sistemik lupus eritematozus (SLE) tanısı aldı ve prednizolon ve siklofosfamid tedavisinin ardından belirgin şekilde düzeldi. Bu olgu, SLE’de periferik sinirlerin ve serebellumun aynı anda tutulumunun ilk örneğidir. (Nöropsikiyatri Arşivi 2010; 47: 81-2)
