Sjögren’s syndrome in patient with CFTR mutation gene. Case report and review of literature

Abstract

Sjögren’s syndrome is a systemic, chronic autoimmune disease in which pancreatitis may appear. Here we present 21-year-old woman, with mutation of cystic fibrosis gene, recurrent pancreatitis, leucopenia and hipergammaglobulinemia, which had led to establish diagnosis of primary Sjögren’s syndrome.
