SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISES AS A STAGE AND FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Abstract
The article presents research materials related to small business enterprises. The PMB has been analyzed as a stage and factor in the development of the economy in rural areas. Creation and operation of small business enterprises (SMBs) are considered in the article as an important stage and factor of the EU policy in the development of rural and rural economy, especially in developing countries with their aspirations in the EU. The opportunities provided by the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine for participation in the implementation of the EU Programs, which are aimed at increasing the level and quality of life in rural and rural areas, are disclosed. The structure of SMB activity, as well as their financial performance in the conditions of market relations and integration processes in the EU is shown.
