“Smart” Specialization vs. Competitiveness of Tourist Regions

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the possibility of applying principles of smart specialization to the smallest regions which are municipalities and to assess the impact of smart specializations i.e. tourism on the competitiveness of the selected Lower Silesian municipalities.
