SOCIAL AND IDEOLOGYCA FOUNDATIONS OF GENERAL PRACTITIONER'S PROFESSIONAL CULTURE IN CONDITIONS OF MEDICAL REFORM

Abstract
The article deals with the formation of a new type of family doctor who not only reached the required level of professional culture, but also is able to effectively solve medical problems in non-standard situations. The aim of the work was to substantiate the in-depth studing of a cycle of ideological disciplines by medical students in higher education institutions. That will help them to enhance their professional culture and make them more competitive in the labor market. Through the analysis of works of the modern and classical philosophers and teachers, we reveaed the necessity of both individual educational work and educational work in group of doctors as during the whole period of study in higher education institutions and in internship. The aim is the formation of a person as a valuable source of the development of a democratic society of the third millennium.The harmoniously developed individuality is capable of co-creation and spiritual interaction in solving problems of the present on the basis of constructive dialogue. The competitive expert is ready for interactive communication, adaptation in the new socio-economic conditions, capable of entering the European and world space.
