SOCIAL CONDITIONALITY OF CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR BODY INJURIES

Abstract
The most essential factors of social conditionality of criminal responsibility for body injuries are analyzed in this article. Such criteria of public danger of such acts as the object of encroachment of certain group of crimes and the damage, which is caused (can be caused) by the pointed socially dangerous acts, are considered. Scientist’s opinions as for expediency of counter action to such socially dangerous acts by criminal law means are considered. The accordance of norms of the Criminal Code of Ukraine providing the responsibility for body injuries to the norms of native and international legislation.
