Social requirements for the development of organizational and legal forms of agriculture

Abstract
Introduction. The development of a strategy for the development of organizational and legal forms of entrepreneurship in agriculture at the current stage depends not only on economic factors but also on social requirements – the set of interests of stakeholders, which the enterprise interacts with. The proposed approach will enable accelerated approximation of domestic enter-prises to the accepted European standards, will allow them to enter European markets and, in general, will contribute to the social development of Ukraine. Purpose. The purpose of the work is to substantiate social requirements for the development of organizational and legal forms of agribusiness. Results. The problems of the development of organizational and legal forms of agribusiness are investigated. The theoretical foundations of the choice and development of organizational and legal forms of doing business are described. The basic organiza-tional-legal forms of agricultural enterprises and the structure of the agro-industrial complex are considered. A balance has been characterized in the structure of agricultural enterprises. The recommendations for taking into account social requirements for the development of organizational and legal forms of agribusiness are formed. Conclusion. As a result of the research, the prospects of development of organizational and legal forms of entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture were substantiated, taking into account the social requirements imposed on enterprises in connection with the processes of globalization and the dissemination of the concepts of sustainable development and social responsibility. A promising direction for further research is the development of mechanisms for coordinating the efforts of large and small agricultural enterprises to solve social problems.
