Abstract
he article analyzes the views on socialism and social justice, which contains the fundamental source on the theory of political science “Reference book Socialist”. She saw a light in the Russian translation of over a hundred years ago and covers the most important policy issues of concern to civil society at the turn of XIX – XX centuries.
