SOCIALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY AS ONE OF THE INNOVATIVE WAYS OF THE STATE EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the economy socialization as one of the innovative directions of effective state activity on the basis of reaching consensus with the society. Methodology of research. In the process of research the following methods were used: dialectical and abstract-logical (knowledge of the essence, features of the economy socialization, balanced development and social responsibility, the formation of conclusions); bibliographic (studying and processing of scientific works devoted to the socialization of the economy, balanced development and social responsibility); systemic generalization (model of the functioning of balanced development of the country, the relationship of social responsibility with balanced development of the state); chronological (evolutionary stages of popularization of the principles of balanced development), etc. Findings. Peculiarities of the development of economic socialization on the basis of balanced development are considered. The stages of popularization of the principles of balanced development are analyzed. The model of the functioning of balanced development of the country is developed under a combination of economic, social and environmental factors. It is proved that socialization is one of the promising directions for observing balanced development, which is the relationship between social responsibility and balanced development of the state. It is revealed that the development of the socialization of the economy as a new stage in the development of society is impossible without social consciousness, taking into account the principles of balanced development. Originality. The scientific novelty of the research results consists of the consideration complex of issues related to the socialization of the economy as one of the most effective directions for the development of the state’s economy. Practical value. The practical significance of the research results is to determine the peculiarities of the development of the economy socialization on the basis of balanced development, and in combination with social responsibility, the result of which is a harmonious combination of state, nature and society.
