SOCIOCULTURAL MOBILITY AS A CONSTITUENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A TEACHER

Abstract
The article presents and analyzes theoretical as well as practical aspects of developing pedagogy students’ sociocultural competence which provides sociocultural mobility of a school teacher. The article outlines the priorities of a sociocultural paradigm of higher education that includes the problem of a school teacher being prepared for work in the framework of student-centred teaching. Based on the analysis of psychological-pedagogical and methodical literature on the subject of developing professional competence a variety of methodical and pedagogical ideas was outlined. The ideas presented make possible the formation of sociocultural mobility of the future teachers so as to provide socio-cultural development of the students.
