Some aspects of reparation (compensation) of damage in criminal proceedings

Abstract
The article deals with the problematic issues of the application of civil action for damages caused by a criminal offense. Particular attention is paid to the status of civil party and its representatives. It is proposed to supplement the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine article “A statement of the claim in criminal proceedings”. In addition, it is necessary to amend art. 61 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine regarding the cession civil party to a third party.
