SOME ASPECTS OF THE GENERAL SOCIAL PREVENTION TO THE OBSTRUCTION OF THE PERFORMANCE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the general social level of crime prevention, which is connected with the obstruction of official activity of law enforcement officers. As a result of the analysis of existing approaches to understanding this level of prevention in criminology, the author identifies several of its areas: economic, political, organizational, managerial, social and educational and regulatory. It is substantiated that the elements of each of these directions are capable of eliminating existing contradictions in the society, in particular those that lead to the commission of crimes related to the obstruction of the performance of law enforcement officers. In the end, the conclusion is made about the importance of material security for law enforcement officers, the establishment of personnel work in the law enforcement system, the creation of a positive image of law enforcement and the improvement of legislative acts that regulate law enforcement in order to prevent this group of crimes.
