SOME ASPECTS OF THE WORLD EXPERIENCE OF WORK ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the practice of other countries on the organization of labour at the national level. Now the key factor in improving productivity is to increase the level of its organization, this aspect gives large potential of increasing the efficiency of the national economy. Despite the significant number of works on research of efficiency of work organization, a number of questions require deep study and further development: discusses the ambiguous nature of management positions of the functional approach, and on this basis, is not fully revealed reserves of increase of its efficiency, in particular, reserves institutional capacity, taking into account the human factor. Growing interest in post-industrial economy acquire such motives as the content of work, opportunities for creativity, entrepreneurship, initiative, prospects for promotion, and enhance organizational status. The authors analyzed various models of work organization on the example of some countries in order to exchange positive experience.
