Some issues of attracting the employer to responsibility for delay of calculation at the dismissal

Abstract
In the article, based on the study of judicial practice, the peculiarities of the application of the employer’s material liability institution for delaying the calculation on dismissal are disclosed. Particular attention is paid to problems of establishing the fault of the employer. The provisions of the national legislation, the Labor code of the Russian Federation and the draft Labor code of Ukraine are compared.
