Some issues of modern criminal policies

Abstract
It is revealed some of the problematic issues of modern criminal law doctrine, a list of dilemmas that require urgent solutions, such as the need to improve the structure of the theory of the Criminal Law, the formalization of the theory of the crime and the criminal offense with the new classification and taxonomy, improve the penal system, optimizing the number of special rules of the Criminal Code, etc.
