Abstract
Abstract. In modern conditions the accents in high2quality education are changed. One of the quality parameters are comprehended as the Teacher’s education in the while of all life. Such an approach is brought in the changes in traditional presentation about the functions of the postdiploma pedagogical education. The question is the actualization of its research functions and the influence upon the positive dynamics of the Teacher’s necessities in permanent personality2professional enriching. The analysis of some structural ideas in that direction, that is in Ukrainian and foreign postdiploma education, is the result in a conclusion about the substantial resource in that direction. The use of interactive forms, methods and facilities of stimulation of the process of becoming, development and realization of the Teacher’s creative personality is investigated in this article. The Teacher’s experience of his innovative professional activity is reviewed.
