SOME PROBLEMS OF FULFILLING ON THE RIGHT OF A LAWYER TO MEET WITH THE DEFENDED CLIENT IN CUSTODY (BY LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of the realization of the right of a lawyer to unhindered meetings with his principal under the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. As a result of the study, the author concludes that the rules for admitting lawyers to temporary detention facilities, pre-trial detention centers and penal institutions to meet with their clients and the conditions of work with them do not meet the requirements, ensure the implementation of the principles of legality, equality of all before the law, humanism and respect for human dignity, and therefore puts forward a number of proposals to improve the legal norms governing the right of a lawyer to unhindered meetings with the principal contained in conditions of forced isolation.
