SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF THE TERRITORIAL SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the principles of territorial organization of Ukraine that have been proposed by the draft law on introduction of amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine. The approach of the given draft law provisions is carried out which enables the specification of certain recommendations on improvement of the national legislation.
