Abstract
The article investigates the process of formation of corporate culture in enterprises. The main definitions of the essence of corporate culture are analyzed, the main elements of corporate culture at the enterprise are characterized. The current state of corporate culture of the enterprise is estimated and the technologies of formation of corporate culture of the enterprise are considered.
