SOURCES OF COLLECTIVE LABOR LAW

Abstract
The sources of collective labor law as a set of legal rules governing collective labor relations are researched in the article. International legal acts, acts of national legislation, the draft Labour Code of Ukraine, containing norms of collective labor law are being analyzed.
