Sourcing model based design objective: to reduce the risk of supply chain approach (Case Study: Supply Chain Saipa group)

Journal Title: International Research Journal of Applied and Basic Sciences - Year 2015, Vol 9, Issue 1

Abstract

Sourcing and allocation of orders to the appropriate suppliers, supply costs are considerably reduced and the potential for increased competitiveness. However, in today's competitive environment, the speed of change has increased the uncertainty of the decisions. With regard to the matter, in order to increase confidence in the present study, the optimization approach based on the planned provision of components used in the product SAIPA. Due to the high number of car parts, spare parts supply model is valuable for study were selected, based on a multi-objective linear programming model was developed a few rounds. Due to the uncertainty of the model parameters, these parameters were considered as a random variable. To address concerns about these parameters, using existing techniques, our model is based on a model turned out to be reliable answers. Finally, to assess the accuracy of the model and simulation techniques were used to assess the quality of the solutions.
