Современный взгляд на проблему вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий

Abstract
В данном обзоре рассматривается проблемы современных репродуктивных технологий. В связи с глобальным внедрением и применением программ вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, которые способствуют восстановлению фертильности у бесплодных пар и позволяют реализовать функцию деторождения при различных заболеваниях, которые до недавнего времени считались абсолютно несовместимыми с наступлением беременности, является одной из актуальных проблем репродуктивной медицины. Проблема восстановления фертильности человека в значительной степени стимулировала развитие новых направлений вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, которые включают экстракорпоральное оплодотворение (ЭКО), перенос эмбрионов (ПЭ), итраплазматическую инъекцию сперматозоидов в ооцит (ИИСО).
